Refund policy

At Daily Chop, every product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch.

As our products are made from natural tamarind wood, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will provide a replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please contact us at hello@dailychop.in with your order number,clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging.

Please note:

• Minor variations in wood grain, color, and texture are natural characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects.
• Products damaged due to improper use, soaking in water, dishwasher use, or neglect are not eligible for replacement.

Daily Chop reserves the right to verify the issue before approving a replacement request.
